So I've been wanting to lose some weight. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been, and while I'm not like hurting bad, I just don't have the strength or stamina I want, plus having to wear 42" waist pants just doesn't feel good.
I kinda want to combine denial with weight loss, just to give myself an incentive, but every way I've seen gives perverse incentives. I don't want to be allowed an orgasm after losing however many pounds. Orgasms aren't really a reward for me.
Maybe I get longer sessions? Like I'm allowed 120 minutes of edging per day at 200 pounds or less, minus 2 minutes for every pound over? That might work?
Y'all have any other ideas?
