Think I gave myself an addiction

Ohhh my god ok so yesterday I had myself on edge for 8 hours and my body was so tense my clit was so sensitive it was all swollen and numb.
I had to stop because it became too much. I got lightheaded and it was getting late.
Anyways now it’s the morning and my clit was throbbing the second I woke up. I can’t help myself here I am back to edging. I wanted to be productive today but guess that’s not happening.
Not sure how long I’ll go this time though? I’m open to suggestions. 8 hours was a lot
