its another 3am edging session like always. Every day I keep telling myself that I'm going to go to bed early. BUT then the urge hits and it's an hour, then one more and then more and more until I just can't go longer. Please help me fix my sleep. I need to get some sleep. I'm so sleep deprived and other things deprived.
