For me, I know I now enjoy the constant tremble of just below the surface tension, and the pleasure throughout the day.

But, I suspect that for me, growing up religious (and having served as a pastor for a time), I think I may have discovered this sweet pleasure when I was 'flirting with temptation'. Having convinced myself that it was far worse if I actually 'consummated' the lustful act by cumming, I would allow myself to keep myself on the boil, indulge in the fantasies (plenty about parishioners) but never cross the line. Yes,I know that theologically this was bullshit... but this is the mental gymnastics we did lol

Anyway... wondering of anyone else has a journey into it? Or is it just that you enjoy it? Lol
