I used to think that all guys whose cum shoots with force cum big. But with time I saw many times guys cumming with force, hitting their chest or cum flying up or across the air, however, that cumshots wouldn't be big at all. The powerful sequence would include one or two ropes or spurts and then they'd dribble out or sprinkle a bit. Often my amount, as a natural dribbler, would be bigger when I dribble cum rather than theirs when they shoot/spurt it. I guess if my pelvic floor muscles were stronger, I'd have 3-5 ropes or spurts, I would consider me as someone who has hyperspermia or a big cummer but it's still more than 1-2 ropes/spurts.

My conclusion is - shooter or dribbler is a sign of pelvic muscles strength and doesn't say all about how much someone cums.
