Update to my future plans - Workout Journey - Day 23

Hey there naughty boys and girls ;)
As i mentioned in yesterdays post i planned about resetting so im able to focus on my workout journey to really get fit. I will reset tomorrow so i can start into the new week with a new conecpt.
The current plan now:
- I will only be allowed to edge if i did a proper workout before. Otherwise i have to stay on no touch
- I will try to workout daily now. No excuses
- I will stay denied as long as possible ;)
