18M - first time denial

So today I gave myself the challenge to denial and edge me for a hole week.
The longest I've ever done was probably just a few hours. Today alone I edged for 5 hours and I really want to do it.
I'm also happy to receive any tips on how I can hold out longer so I don't come early.
I will Update how it is going...
