Help me understand how you people edge for long hours? How do you manage the time?

I see people comments saying 5 hrs, 10hrs and 15hrs etc.. I hardly do 30 mins max of edging.
I typically scroll through reddit and edge.
How do you do? Do you dedicate time? Do you watch porn? Etc...?
