It’s pretty simple but Partner A, who is going to be edged, is given a number of dice: how many depends on how big of a number you want as a max. An example would be 3 six sided dice, giving a result between 3-18.

Partner A roles the dice into a tray or something similar. The key is they can’t see what number they rolled, I suppose you could also use a blindfold here if you wanted. The number rolled is how many times Partner B will edge them.

Once the number on the dice is rolled you can take it two ways. 1: Partner A is allowed to orgasm or 2: an additional dice is rolled, if evens they orgasm but if odds they are denied. Then Partner B roles and the process is repeated.

If Denial rules are used: if Partner A was denied after Partner B’s turn, Partner A can re-roll and try their luck again. Same goes for Partner B.

Anyways that’s the game idea it’s simple and maybe somewhat crude. Wondering what you guys think about it or if you have any suggestions to add to the game.
