M need help to edge properly

Hey all, bit of a different post but I've never properly edged and always end up going over the limit. I try and get close but then just either ruin or can't get it right. I'm up all night today so hopefully looking for someone to pace myself with. Ideally we talk and chill and do things between edges if that makes it easier!
As I said I need help so that means your guidance in doing it right!
