I don’t know if it’s just because I’m really sensitive or because I’m not pulling away soon enough, but every T&D session I do inevitably ends in a ruin after 3 or 4 edges. Afterwards I get really sensitive and couldn’t continue even if I wanted to
So my question is, how do you prevent ruins? I’ve had breathing recommended and it works to hold them back for a while, so I may just need more practise. But are there any specific methods you use? Pain doesn’t work, if anything it makes it happen faster. Please help!!
