M23, long time gooner, short term nofapper. I currently made it two weeks without relapsing, this has been the biggest hurdle of my entire life. I understand that may sound dramatic, but I have experienced all of the Hallmark withdrawal symptoms (migraines, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia and depression) along with a few more mild side effects. The most recent of which being whenever I sleep (which as previously stated is not much) I precum in excess. I'm now at the stage where my balls are constantly aching and I'm almost always hard.
