Have really changed my lifestyle over the past year and a half, lost about 60 lbs of fat through running and am now hitting the gym to try and build some muscle as well. One of the best discoveries of my journey was discovering how well edging and working out go together. Love edging before a workout for just a little extra energy, and then edging afterwards feels amazing too. If I'm doing exercises at home sometimes I'll even incorporate a little bit of edging in between sets, but usually keep the two activity seperate. It's also been a great motivation to only allow myself to edge on days I work out, and only cum after so many consistent days at the gym. Wish I had a friend who was as into both edging and workout out to push each other further and keep motivated. Any of you have fun ways to mix edging and working out? I've seen old posts from here that involve staying hard throughout an entire workout, but as someone who goes to a public gym it's not really feasible.
