Greetings! The reason for the title is because of my interpretation of how Cat Leaper works.

Truly, anyone who uses it basically plays God. They have the power to set into play the universe that is best for them, no matter what happens to anyone else.

I've always found it weird how Noah, Ziggy and even Drakken referred to the power. Noah always says Rebecca changed her position in time, that many people's positions in time change. How exactly does that happen if we are following standard parallel universe rules? Technically, your position in time is as it always was in that universe. This leads me to believe, Rebecca's Leaper ability resembles flashpoint, except Rebecca does not go back in time only, but rather sets a different universe into play.

Drakken and Noah tried to use the power to access future where they stand on top. Drakken himself doing it doesn't prove too much, but he speaks of the previous words as if they matter, as if they aren't just parallel worlds. Then there is Noah. He retains memories of previous worlds and tried to use Leaper to enter a world where Drakken can be beat. He technically wouldn't join for the ride to said world without etherion. Yet he behaves as if he can, because he can view the other worlds and because Rebecca changes the board. The other universes do exist, but they are not in play.

The most important part of this sits with Ziggy. Especially how the council that sent him behaves. In each universe, mother dies, yet they seek to find one where she lives. Unless they are telling Ziggy to bring her back, they believe setting Universe 0 into play will save them as well. If this was normal parallel universe rules, what happens in one universe does not necessarily affect another. Yet, saving mother in one universe will save them.

I say this is more so as choices can also change the universe, as seen with when Ziggy pretty much states everyone moved into Universe 3. A choice set another universe into play.

If I'm right, Mashima has created a really unique concept for parallel worlds. I hope I've made some sense here.
