I'd like to know if I am disqualified from Benefits because I quit due to the immense pressure I was undergoing because I was constantly being harassed and mentally abused by management. I was constantly targeted, singled out from team projects and the office would constantly gossip about me. it was a bunch of dudes at the dealership talking about homosexuality making jokes. I'm pretty sure the GM was trying to be threatening in a secretive way as he would often tell a story from "back in the day" he beat up "gay guy" for hitting on him. I doubt anyone would hit on his fat ugly ass.. I asked to move to another dealer and he said No. after months of this I finally quit. Should I even bother applying for EDD?
