I'm so frustrated.
My benefit year ended in late March. I faxed over a new application to reapply for benefits on March 26th. The website said I needed to fax it because I'm a freelancer and some of my clients are out of state. Haven't heard anything yet.
--Did anyone else fax their application? How long did it take to hear back?
--If the last client I worked for was out of state is that going to be a problem?
It's impossible to speak to someone on the phone. IMPOSSIBLE.
I'm not even receiving my federal Covid-19 relief benefits anymore.
I'm worried, and so angry at the system right now. Any help is much appreciated.
