Payment status still on “pending” after Tier 2 specialist told me she released the payment and lifted the flag on my account?

I got off the phone with a Tier 2 specialist about an hour ago or so. She said she fixed everything on my account. My BYE 3/15 and she said she put me on the extension and pushed my pending payment through. I log into my account and see that my payment status for 4/10 is STILL “pending”. What gives? Has anyone else experienced this??? This hasn’t happened to me before. I’ve had a specialist push my payments through a couple months ago and the status INSTANTLY changed to “paid”. Did she not do what she said she did???
