Tl;dr i asked if our claims can be expedited and got a "no"
_
I called and got to a tier 2 rep today. First person to answer said he was a tier 2. Idk.
Anyways, he checked my profile and told me i had to wait. Thays fine, but i was told something else before. I asked him what would cause any pending payments and he said its either the reviewing of new claims or discrepancies in the old claims. Not feeling too optimistic about his answers, i politely asked to be switched to a tier 2 rep (before he told me he was tier 2). He insisited that another rep would say the same and insisted on being transferred. 40 mins pass and i get a young woman who essentially says the same thing. I asked if theres any way i can expedite the review and she said "no our systems are really slow and outdated".
So what I've come to assume is most of us that are waiting on a new payment, may have to really wait about a week or so until the 17th because if its in review, its no way that they can remove the flags. We can expedite the process of filing a new claim, but it seems like an obligatiory waiting period is in effect again.
Btw, my case is different than yours so you may have better luck. My case is refiled and missing payments. Yours will differ. Thats ok.
