Like the title says, my BY Ended and I called and a rep re-filed for me over the phone. I was approved for a new claim and I just go the paperwork in the mail today. One letter was my cert paperwork to send in after 4/4 (which I usually do online) and another letter with my claim info (balance/weekly benefit amount/etc) and also a New EDD Customer Account Number.

Does this mean I need to register a new claim to certify online? I only ask because my online account is not reflecting the new balance etc...

Anyone else get to the BYE and re-filed? If so did you keep using your existing online account?

Edit: I should say I'm not sure if this is a New number, or my old one again. I don't still have the paperwork from last year...
