So this is regarding the people who have been paid for later weeks but still haven't been paid for the pending payments👀👀👀

So if you already got verified through ID.Me and still have money left on your claim you have to call. Their isnt really any other option but to call and let them know that you finished the ID.me Verification and that you have past weeks not paid and they will access your account and will be able to see which weeks they are and will make the weeks available for you certify that very moment. It really only takes them 2 minutes to do.

Call until you hear the machine say "your call is important to us"

If you hear it say "thank you for calling" hang up and try again. Once you do hear "your call is important" your in but be prepared to wait an hour or so to get through to a rep, yes it is frustrating to wait that long but its totally worth it if you want to get paid.

Best times to call is right at 8am when they start letting calls through.
