My claim effective date changed but no backpay/weeks available to certify for???

I submitted an inquiry to backdate my PUA claim do 02/01/2020 and it was granted. My effective claim date has changed but I have not received any weeks to certify for. Does anyone know why? Maybe those weeks will be available tomorrow with the 12/27 certification??? PUA is about to end and I can’t even call EDD because it’s the weekend. Whats going on? What am I supposed to do?
