I have been trying to certify my CA unemployment benefits using the following instructions because the steps outlined are not the same, and the automated system routes me back to the general EDD hotline as if I wanted to file a new claim.
After multiple attempts, An EDD customer representative let me know that they also are having trouble following the prompts and told me they must be having a system issue and for me to try again later.
Anyone else running into this trouble? Upvote to try and get some attention on this please. Thank you.
