They have not been able to fix their App and website for over a week now. I need access to this to transfer money to my secondary card because it is the only card I have access to. I am aware that I should have just used a better bank from the start but still, it is absolutely inexcusable for a financial institution to not have their shit together for so long. I can't get food, I can't get gas, I can't buy basic needs even though I have the money. I have NEVER seen such unfathomable uselessness from a institution like this. I tried calling to see if they could help me transfer the money without the website and they can't.....Sorry for going on about this but I just needed to rant and I know I can't be the only one who feels this way.
