Hi everyone, I am sadly once again posting here while waiting to get some clarity.

I am experiencing the same pain in my right shoulder and pinching pain in my left ovary/tube area that I've been experiencing during my first ectopic pregnancy – only that this time it is much earlier. I'm around 15 DPO. Last time i startet to feel the pain in my right tube and my right shoulder only around week 6. When did you feel your first symptoms of an ectopic?

I had an ectopic pregnancy in my right tube in Oct/Nov, that was treated with one shot of MTX in November and ended in a rupture and emergency surgery in December when my beta HCG has already dropped to 17. This was a very traumatic experience and cost me my right tube.

My home pregnancy tests were BFNs, but the symptoms are so scary that i got my blood drawn in the fertility clinic today and will know more tomorrow... but just feeling the same things like last time has me so scared and I'm almost not able to work because I worry so much. Going through another ectopic seems almost inevitable in my mind. I wish i could be more optimistic, but i don't know how.

Anyone who had BFNs at home and early symptoms?
