I got my MTX shot yesterday. Tonight I am experiencing pressure, soft twinges and small pinches in my right side, where my ectopic pregnancy is located. Nothing too intense, very sure it‘s not a rupture atm. Maybe it‘s still growing or maybe it started dissolving?

I was wondering if anyone could share what it felt like for them, when the pregnancy was dissolving with the help of methotrexate? Any physical symptoms?

I am just so scared of a rupture, of needing surgery and losing my tube/ovary. I know this happened to some of you and I am so sorry you had to go through this ❤️‍🩹

Some additional context: My hcg was 2700 yesterday when I got the shot and 2334 last Friday, when things were still a bit unclear. The ultrasound yesterday showed the pregnancy without embryo in the tube right next to my ovary, just a black spot. My spotting has turned into light bleeding but it‘s not period-like flow yet. No camps so far.
