Delayed delivery and poor customer service

I ordered a delta pro ultra combo with 1 battery during the early prime day sale. I haven’t received my battery from the kit but got the inverter within 3 days of the order. I have called ecoflow x3 and keep getting told the battery is out of stock with a replenishment date that keeps getting pushed further and further back. Currently saying mid august. So right now I have the inverter with no battery…..a very expensive paper weight. This is my first time purchasing an ecoflow product and I’m loosing confidence in ecoflow customer service and have a bad taste in my mouth with them now. Been using Bluetti products forever…..guess I’ll just stick with them

Anyone else have similar experiences?
