I have a Delta Pro and 3-400W panels. I do not always have the best sunlight. I lost power for 5 days due to forest fire and the sky was very dark. I live in northern California, and we lose power regularly.

I would like to provide power for a minimum of 3 days to the following

Fridge 5-7W running I'm guessing 700W starting based on the internet for 24 hours I am gone up to 12 hours at work. Am I safe for the refrigerator to run that long?

Air fryer 1600W for for 30 minutes. Can live without this but luxury and all. I do have a butane stove. Will this damage equipment?

CPAP 54-104W max for 9 hours

Fan 18W for 12 hours

Phone 7W can charge at work if I have too.

I have rechargeable LED lanterns up to 60 hours probably not realistic but I can charge at work

Do I need more equipment, generator and batteries? I cannot leave the generator outside to run while I'm at work for 11-12 hours. I can leave the panels outside but poor sunlight.
