Reduced performance after playing for a while

I noticed the fps I get in the game get diminished over the course of the session.
Sometimes it gets so bad I have to restart the client to get back to comfortable fps. I usually get around 55 at the beginning but then it gets down to 10-15 after an hour or so.
Anyone has a similar problem? Anything I can do to help that on my end?
