Hey Everyone,
First time posting in this cool subreddit. Just to add context, I started a business selling eco-friendly and reusable products to customers who are looking to cut down on single-use plastics. Initially, I started this business to try and make a quick buck, but life immediately shut this notion down, and I was guilty of not practicing what I was preaching.
Over the last few years, instead of looking to make fast money without understanding the niche I’m in, I've decided to change myself, make myself follow the ways of eco-friendliness. I sold my car a few years ago and travel everywhere by an e-bike or public transport. I made sure to reduce plastic usage, replacing them with metal or silicone-based products with paper packaging. Buying higher quality clothing items that are built to last much longer than fast fashion.
I’m definitely at the early stages of my eco-friendly journey, but I’ve noticed a few annoyances that have been slowing down my progress. I still haven’t been able to completely remove the need for single-use plastics, as they are present in food packaging and used as protective packaging in the items I order online.
I was wondering if you have any solutions for these issues I have and if you are currently facing any problems that I might be able to help you with?
Thank you
