Bluetooth OBD2 reader?

I'm looking for an OBD reader that just Bluetooths to my phone or iPad. Anybody use one that they can recommend? I need to be able to read and clear codes that throw a check engine light.
Even better, I've heard there was one that can command a regen. How can I get my hands on one of those? It'd be great not to finish a drive to get the "regen in progress" message right as I leave the highway.
