How to deal with negative emotions?

I am trying to practice to stay in now,and i'm doing relatively good, until i'm not triggered by certain situations. When I'm triggered I can't stay present,i have some kind of pain in my chest , i am angry and overstressed. Two of my triggers are stomping noise in apartment where i live,and constant dogs barking noise. Do you have any advice for me to help me deal with this?
