What did Tolle say about the "kingdom of heaven?"

I can remember reading somewhere something about the state of Presence being the "kingdom of heaven" and that you should be as a child to enter it. That is how Tolle interpreted the verse in Matthew that " I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."
However when I re-read the Power of Now yesterday to understand my recent experience better, I didn't see this quote. Am I misremembering it, or was it in a video or webinar instead?
