My party of adventurers and sometimes-pirates (or is it the other way around?) has sailed in to the town of Sandpoint, and were fortunate enough to arrive just in time for the dedication of a new temple to Olladra. In honor of the Sovereign of Feast and Fortune, the prosperous Lhaazar town is throwing a festival, and were quite welcoming... particularly since the party's ship has a hold full of recently "acquired" Karrnathi Ale in search of a good home.

What attractions and events might they come across? Are there any interesting NPCs they might encounter? What sort of trouble could they find themselves in, whether they go looking for it or not?

(Party is third level and consists of a Shifter Trickery Cleric of Olladra who is basically the team dad, a Warforged Storm Sorcerer looking for her place in the world, a Goblin Artificer/Barbarian who likes to blow things up and experiment with dragonshards, and a Water Genasi Swashbuckler Rogue who wants to win fame as a swordsman)
