Today while I was at work I got an email from Ebay saying that a book I've never heard of is being shipped to a work address I haven't been to in 4 years. Also that I am being charged $60 for it. There was no other notification or anything, notifying me of the purchase, the order, the charge, nothing. Just suddenly I got an ORDER UPDATE that this book has been shipped.

It appears there is nowhere to contact a human being either online or on the phone, but this makes no sense whatsoever. The book is being sent to the "Global Shipping Center". How do I stop this? Did someone hack my account? How did I only end up being emailed this single email?

This is all honestly confounding. Yes, I changed my passwords and everything.

Did someone hack into my account to order this book and send it to some out of date address? Is there some kind of glitch in the system? This doesn't make any sense.

I tried to log in to my PayPal account to see what's going on there and it appears that there's some kind of lock out there. I have tried multiple ways of contacting PayPal but there's not even an option to email someone.

In all honesty this is a completely confusing situation with no one to help fix it. Does anyone have any clue how I can have this fixed?
