I understand free 30-day returns are required in order to be considered for the Top Seller rating and its benefits.
Question:
There are two check marks in the "Business Policies" section. One to allow for domestic free returns and one for international free returns. Do we only have to select domestic to qualify...or both?
I assume this applies to domestic, but what about International? This is a bit confusing considering Ebay's recent changes to how international shipping is handled.
For example:
Lets say a Listing offers free returns domestically, but not internationally. The listing is sold to a customer overseas via Ebay's new international shipping hub. Is this only considered a domestic sale?
Will ebay handle returns as well if it shipped from their facility?
Would like to know which button to hit, thank you in advance.
