Walking and mom question

First question: does the Oakwood Mall have early walking hours? Like it's open for walking even if stores are not open?
2nd question: are there mom and newborn fitness classes or activities in this area? I'm not sure if mom walking groups are a thing or any fitness classes, esspecially because of covid. My NB is too young for YMCA classes.
