Slowly have gotten worse over the last six months

I’m going days without eating sometimes and I worry constantly about passing out (again—I just did a few months ago and cut my lip open horribly).
I know this is no way to live but we all know the story… I don’t want to get better. 😠I wish I did. I know I need treatment and it’s heading toward inpatient needs but I can’t afford it.
