Anyone find logging food triggering?
Post Body
I know that recovery frequently involves logging food so that your team can have some data. I find this super triggering. If I look at the list and it seems like too much I’ll restrict more and spend more time at the gym. If it seems like nothing I will maybe allow myself a bit more at a meal. My ED clearly has hijacked the idea of a food log. Am I the only one? How can you combat this or get around it?
