I have a history of disorganized eating and while I was in recovery, I tried to stay healthy and do some yoga but not for weight loss. I am now attempting to lose a few extra pounds by intermittent fasting and a rougher exercise routine. I think I’m overdoing it because I feel tired and have had headaches, but it feels like if I don’t do it I won’t lose it.

Do you think this is a healthy way of losing some weight or am I falling into my ED again?
