What is the most powerful coping mechanism in your arsenal? (Binging)

Some days I feel like I’m so close to breaking this habit if I can only think of that one thing to make it all click into place. I’ve done therapy, I’ve seen the dietitians, I’ve worked hard on my relationship with food… but I still have not found success ending the cycle. When you feel the binge coming, what steps do you take to avoid it? Also, have you ever gotten a piece of life changing advice in regards to binging? Tell us about it!
