This is not a thought out post, I'm just typing things out as I remember them.
I've always gone long periods of time without eating. It also takes a lot of carbs/sugars/protein for me to feel full and I eat more at night because it's so hard for me to eat in the morning/day.
And if what I want to eat isn't in the house, I will starve myself because anything else sounds gross, I also hate cooking :').
Vegetables, some fruits (blueberries), are hard to eat due to texture.
I'm making little steps in my life to be healthier, hence why I'm posting here, looking for advice, support, anything.
I've been diagnosed with ADHD, C-PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, I have extreme sensory issues (espeically with food).
I just want to be healthier, help me please.
