I’ve had an eating disorder most of my life but it’s complicated (lmao). I haven’t intentionally starved myself since ~2019, but I’m also an addict/alcoholic and bc of that and financial issues, haven’t actually been able to afford food the last couple years and ended up inadvertently starving myself. I’m in recovery now, but still in an odd living situation where I can’t cook myself food and realizing how malnourished I’ve been due to ya know. Drugs and alcohol.
I want to be able to track how much fiber and protein/other stuff I’m actually eating without falling back into disordered eating habits. I’ve been trying to do the whole intuitive eating thing, which has been going well, but bc I can’t cook and am often forgetting to eat until I’m shaky and desperate, most of what I eat right now is stuff like cliff bars or fast food. I downloaded Rise Up Recover but it doesn’t have anything about actual nutrition and I don’t see any other ED apps that have it either. Probably like most of y’all here, I have a storied past with myfitnesspal so I don’t want that. I can’t afford professional help at the moment. Does what I’m looking for exist?
