Hai!
So I have low blood pressure and need to eat nutritious meals a few times a day.
I'd like the meals to be inexpensive, as money is crazy short right now and preferably nothing that is oats or rice puddings, as I don't enjoy that very much. Do you have any good ideas? If the ingredients could be flexible (replacable), that'd be great, or if they're just very inexpensive.
So basically: cheap, good for low blood pressure, long-lasting, simple to make.
If the ingredients are storable for a week, that'd be very handy too, as I only get groceries that often.
