not exactly food-related, but related to health and I need cheap/affordable methods! my practitioner says I need to drink more water than I do, about 3-5 bottles a day
The place I stay doesn’t have a fridge that you can get water from (traditional top and bottom freezer and fridge). It was easy for me to drink a lot of water easily when the fridge gives you water directly and you don’t have an extra expense for water. (Speaking of that, does anyone happen to know if drinking water from your fridge significantly increases water bill?)
Does anyone have any recommendations for how to get water without making it a very expensive monthly thing? I think that way because if I had to buy bottled water for myself, then that’s buying a pack like once or twice every week, which adds up. :/ I looked into those pitchers with filters, but the filters have to be changed about a certain amount of water has been filtered, and the filters don’t see cheap...so it seems like that’s just as much as constantly buying bottled water.
Apologies for my lack of knowledge about other resources. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
EDIT: omg lol I think I’ve been so conditioned to being scolded for getting water from the tap when I was young (my mom was a HUGE worrier) that I completely forgot that was an option. Thanks to everyone who suggested that! I’m going to do that now :)))
EDIT 2: My plan is to just use tap water regularly. Whenever I get a jug, I’ll maybe start boiling the tap water (wouldn’t hurt, right?) and store it in that and then put that in the fridge. Thanks again for all of the help and ideas!
