Spend most of my day in and between classes and have trouble curving my hunger, and on a budget. Iβve tried packing more food, sandwiches and snacks. But the more I pack the more I eat and I just get hungry later and resort to buying these overpriced turkey sandwiches on campus because itβs readily available.
In short I want to curve the β growing boy appetite β without breaking the bank. In the past I use to just use meal replacement shakes, and that worked somewhat, but was hoping for an easy solution. Halp me. Lol
