Hi there!
So, as a student, I like my meals quick, cheap and easy. I’ve been working toward creating better habits for a while now, and have found some great healthy meal staples to fit those three criteria. However…nothing can beat Kraft Dinner in terms of taste and ease-of-preparation. After a long day, there’s nothing I want more than instant mac and cheese. Humanity peaked with its creation. That cheesy powder is so addictive, I could practically snort it. It’s a comfort meal, you could say.
I would love to hear some healthy, cheap, easy recipes you guys use when trying not to eat your favourite junk food! Or…if you’ve somehow got a healthy mac and cheese or mac and cheese-equivalent recipe, that would be amazing and I’d be forever indebted to you!
