Post Body

Me: 5' 11", 25M, Went from 285lbs down to 243 and dropping. Target 214 lbs. via gradual weight loss (Don't want to rush it and end up with a skin flap) based off quick BMI calculation/flowchart. Trying to eat at a deficit. Excess weight is predominantly torso. Budget of less than 100$.

Ok so long story short I've cut out half of what I used to eat due to losing taste/desire for most sweets/junk food, and genuinely do not enjoy cooking whatsoever. Add on clinical depression and boom I realized I've been eating 2-ish (Some days just 1 meal, not good I know) times per 24 hours, albeit one meal (When I wake up) is definitely larger. At this point I just want to get my nutrients and nutrition, pickiness be damned! I'm open to suggestions and recommendations for quick and simple things to eat/make.

Got an appointment with doc next week so I'm still going to regurgitate this post for him. I'm almost willing to welcome some sort of disgusting nutrient paste. 😅
