Due to extreme time constraints I want to try and find a way to replace some of my meals with shakes, while still getting adequate nutrition. I already frequently (3-5 days/wk) consume a morning shake on my way to work consisting of banana, almond milk, protein, oats, peanut butter.
But I want to, in the ideal and extreme case, eat one solid meal a day and have 2-3 shakes a day. Importantly though, I don't want to rely on protein powder so much, as I know my stomach won't do well consuming powder multiple times a day let alone every single day.
Also, it anyone has done this successfully, I'm hoping you've found a way to make some of them vegetable-based and/or savoury, because having three sweet fruity shakes a day as meals probably won't sit right psychologically.

This is a good question. It actually takes me more time to make a shake than it does to make a sandwich because with a shake you have to wash the blender. I can put a sandwich on a paper plate.
I used to eat a lot of my meals on the go. I would get trail mix from Costco and those frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that I could throw in a bag in seconds and be on my way to work.
