So I live with a bunch of roommates and I like cooking for everyone because that means they wash my dishes for me, but Iโm stumped on how to be inclusive of our one vegetarian roommate without just using the fake ground beef in beef recipes, especially because that gets expensive after a while. I canโt use mushrooms as a meat substitute because of one of our other roommates as well, so mushrooms are sadly off the table.
TIA
How about trying some delicious vegetable stir-fries or grilled tofu skewers as tasty alternatives for your vegetarian roommate? They're budget-friendly and offer a variety of flavors! TIA.
