I have ADHD and possibly autism, so that along with taking medication that works as an appetite suppressant leaves me kind of limited in my choices for things to eat. Ideally they would be not super high fat but not super low fat either.
I like things with a, and you'll have to excuse me, slightly "mushy" texture- eggs, rice, sandwiches. A little crunch or texture is okay, but I need something soft and easy to chew and swallow as the main thing. Things like granola, oatmeal (idk why, this seems like it would fit the bill but i just dont like it) and nuts are all not super friendly to me. I try to get a decent amount of calories in at work because I lost a lot of weight not eating much and it made me sick for a bit lol :(
I also have a sweet tooth, so things that are a little sweet are great :). Here's a list of things I've successfully brought to work and enjoyed:
bananas protein shakes (but only the fruity pebbles ones lol...) dark chocolate clementines burritos sandwiches
